My cute and lovable dog, Picike, is like my child to me because I never had children. She loves playing with her ball. When I throw it down the hallway, she makes a noise like she is a Tasmanian Devil. Her favorite toy is a soft snow globe ball that lights up. She loves her walks, and when she sees a big dog, she starts barking like she is a big dog.

In June 2024, I saw a small lump on her stomach and took her to my primary vet. They took a biopsy, and it was negative. So, I didn't think much about the small lump, but in August, I saw that the lump was getting bigger and then on her back left thigh, there was a solid and hard lump. I heard about Dogslife when I asked VCA Animal Diagnostic Clinic if there is any website or organization that may help me with the vet bills. They told me about Dogslife, and I am very grateful that I was granted a grant to pay the bills for my little dog, Picike.
